As far as we know it’s the only estate grown Zin coming out of the Knights Valley appellation. This luscious wine has the darkest deepest purple color and notes of young blackberry, jam and spice flavors. It all comes to a close with a long layered finish. Aged for 18 months in neutral French Oak barrels. This spicy Zinfandel contains 14.4 % alcohol.

Notes

This wine has concentrated ripe fruit flavors and a hint of toffee on the finish. The grapes were harvested during the first week of October and cold soaked for 5 days. After fermentation was completed the wine was aged in French Oak barrels 16 months,
