This dessert wine was produced from Zinfandel Grapes harvested in late October 2015. The Brix for the grapes was 34.5 after crushing. The fermentation was allowed to proceed until the grapes had an alcohol context of 20% and a residual sugar of 6 percent. The wine was aged in french oak barrels for 3.5 years and bottled in 2019.

Notes

This dessert wine was produced using "Maderia style- port" wine making techniques. It is best enjoyed as a digestif after a meal and pairs well with dessert.
