The first vintage we produced from this unique single orchard. One of a Kind orchard is located on the East side of Cayuga Lake and contains over 200 varieties of apples, many rare and heirloom. This cider is a blend of many of those varieties. Aromas of leather, cloves, clementine, sour cherry. 74 cases produced. Golden Russet 2019 Dry, Traditional Method sparkling, Single Varietal cider made from Golden Russet apples. Lush, aromatic and rich for a dry cider. Notes of honey, petrichor, white flowers, and vanilla. 23 cases produced. Russet Dabinett Dry and still. Austere and complex. Featuring cider apple varieties indigenous to NY State and England. Golden Russet is native to New York and Dabinett from Somerset, England. Notes of beeswax, elderflower, lychee, sour plum, white pepper, and papaya. 100 cases produced.
