The summer Solstice is the longest day of the year, and this wine is long in style. This noble white grape (the others being Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling) is known for its versatility when it comes to winemaking and can come in many styles. This is our unoaked version of Chardonnay. It is feremented in all stainless steel, aged in steel and glass, and now available for you. It is dry, with bright acidity and certainly not your daddy's Chardonnay.
