This grape can be made in any style from bone dry to Trokenbeerenauslese; which while fun to say just means it’s a very sweet dessert wine. It’s off dryness is superbly balanced with high acidity, pretty florals and minerality for which riesling is known to have. Satisfying on the pallet without being cloying in any way; a beautifully balanced wine.
