Heirloom (cider) apples from the Applecrest Farm Orchard in Hampton Falls, NH are harvested once per year and pressed into a sweet, flavorful, and tannic apple cider.
This special blend of cider juice is fermented in stainless steel, then aged in American oak wine barrels for 6 months prior to bottling. The resulting cider is bone dry and champagne-like with traditional European cider characteristics.
This cider is only available annually while supplies last in our tasting rooms and online.
