One of the two first wines ever made at Seven Birches, our Blueberry Wine has been a favorite for our customers for 13 years. Every year, we harvest blueberries from Windy Ridge Orchard (where we started) and ferment the fresh fruit into a classic red fruit wine. Finished with some residual sugar, modest alcohol, and good berry tannins, this wine will surprise you as a slightly sweet red wine. No grapes. No flavoring. Simply, blueberry.
