Alto is our Pinot Grigio, made from the Chilean Pinot Gris juice. It is an off-dry white wine with a pale, straw-like color and silky smooth texture. This wine has overtones of melon and citrus, especially on the nose. You may even pick up hints of pear and apple in this incredibly drinkable wine. Since the acid in this wine is relatively crisp, it pairs well with seafood and pastas with cheese sauces, like alfredo. It is also very refreshing on a warm summer day, served chilled and shared with friends.
