Winemaker's Notes

Aged in 48% semi-neutral American Oak, 52% in Neutral French. Organic natural French Oak ellagitans added to dial in the right amount of oak without compromising fruit forward notes. Beautifully balanced with nice dry finish to work well with fatty meats.
