- 2022 Syrah-Mourvedre Rose, Columbia Valley: Aromas and flavors of cherry blossom, crushed strawberry and cranberry, with pie spice, white pepper and a fine tannin in the finish. Whole clusters lightly crushed and left in the press for a few hours, then pressed and fermented at 38 degrees for two months for freshness and bright fruit in the bottle. At harvest (10/20/2022): Brix – 22.8; pH – 3.38; TA – 6.2. At bottling (4/13/23): alc. – 13.3%; pH – 3.4; TA 6.4. 141 cases made.
