Fruit from Yakima Valley in Washington. Aromas of fall russet apple, pear and pie spice open on the palate and finish with racy citrus. Fresh, bright fruit with mineral complexity. Fermented cold in stainless steel. At harvest (10/20/2022): Brix – 22.6; pH – 3.3; TA – 5.8. At bottling (6/2/2023): pH – 3.32; TA – 6.0; alcohol 12.6%. 419 cases made.
