Whole-cluster pressed and fermented cold in neutral French oak and stainless steel barrels to preserve the fresh fruit aromas and flavors, stony minerality and creamy texture. At harvest: Pinot Blanc brix – 22.3; pH – 3.28; TA – 5.5. Gewurztraminer brix – 22.1; pH – 3.3; TA – 5.8. Riesling brix 20.2; pH – 3.04; TA – 7.6. At bottling: alc -13.2; pH – 3.40; TA – 5.8. 192 cases made.
