An Alsatian-inspired blend of Pinot Blanc (45 percent), Gewurztraminer (44 percent), and Riesling (11 percent). Whole-cluster pressed and fermented cold in neutral French oak and stainless steel barrels to preserve the fresh fruit aromas and flavors, stony minerality and creamy texture.
At harvest: Pinot Blanc (10/17) brix – 20.8; pH – 3.3; TA – 5.2. Gewurztraminer (10/4) brix – 22.1; pH – 3.3; TA – 6.6. Riesling (10/15) brix 20.1; pH – 3.3; TA – 6.0. At bottling on 9/15/21: alc -13.2; pH – 3.33; TA – 5.4. 88 cases made.
