A Rhone-inspired blend of Roussanne (60 percent) and Marsanne (40 percent) from Soloro Vineyard in Oregon's Applegate Valley.
The fruit was whole-cluster pressed, then cool-fermented in neutral French oak barrels and stainless steel to preserve the fresh fruit and floral aromas and flavors.
At harvest on 10/10/2020: Roussanne brix - 20.6; pH - 3.46; TA - 5.6. Marsanne: 21.1; pH - 3.4; TA 5.8.
At bottling in February 2022: Alcohol - 12.4%; pH 3.42; TA 5.5.
