A serious, lovely dry Riesling that’s ready for food or midsummer sipping on the porch. Peaches, pears, a touch of citrus zest, with a juicy, mineral structure and a lengthy finish. Fermented cold in stainless steel barrels. At harvest on 10/15/2020: Brix – 20.1; pH – 3.3; TA – 6.0. At bottling on 8/27/2021: alc – 12.2; pH – 3.24; TA 6.3. 121 cases made.
