Dark fruit-driven, with ripe cherry, black raspberry, voilets, peppery spice and silky texture. Tannins are mature and fine-grained, with a lengthy finish. All estate fruit. At harvest: Brix – 22.8-24.2; pH – 3.35-3.42; At bottling: alc. – 14.6; pH - 3.58; TA - 4.7. 275 cases made.
