Two-thirds of the U.S. Montmorency tart cherries are grown in Michigan, producing over 90,000 tons each year. Bergamot is a citrus fruit commonly found in the Mediterranean, and an ingredient in Earl Grey tea. It may be used to treat symptoms such as a sore throat and fever as well as reduce cholesterol levels.
