Organic Viognier 2018:
Origin: Our exotic and sophisticated Viognier is grown in certified organic vineyards from the valley of Jumilla, southeastern Spain.
Structure: Medium to full-bodied with strong perfume, dry sugar levels and light acidity.
Aromas: Wonderful exotic aromas reminiscent of stone fruits, intense peach, apricot, apple, honeysuckle and jasmine blossom.
Tasting notes: Voluptuous, rich mouthfeel of tropical fruits. The palate is layered with peach, nectarines and white floral flavors including orange blossom.

Cabernet Sauvignon 2015:
Origin: Our Cabernet Sauvignon is originated from the largest wine region at Spain, Castilla La Mancha.
Aromas: Intense aromas of black fruits, vanilla, leather, tobacco and toasted oak.
Tasting notes: Smooth full-bodied layered with blackberry, plum and berry jam flavors. In palate, long with notes of vanilla, leather, toasted oak and ripe tasting tannins.
Fermentation/Aging
Stainless steel fermented. Age 9 months in French Oak barrels.
ABV: 13% vol.
Red Blend Organic 2018:
Origin: Our expressive Spanish blend of Syrah and Monastrell is grown in certified organic vineyards in southeastern Spain’s valley of Jumilla.
Structure: Aged for 4 months in American and French oak barrels. This full-bodied blend is fruit-forward, rich, and velvety with deep color.
Aromas: Explosion of dark fruit, plums, blueberries, dried herbs, spicy notes of black pepper and thyme with hints of toasted oak. Noticeable aromas of vanilla and cocoa.
Tasting notes: Clean, round with concentrated dark ripe fruit flavors but with a smooth entrance to the palate. Noticeable notes of chocolate and vanilla rounded out by excellent acidity and firm but not pronounced tannins.
