Our Le Coqtail Sweet Vermouth is a luxurious small batch dark vermouth made in the classic Carpano Antica style. Le Coqtail is fortified using distilled spirits made from Presque Isle wine which are infused with an exclusive recipe of 17 different botanicals and added to a deliciously aromatic base of award-winning Presque Isle dry white wine. This premium velvety smooth vermouth has a beautiful deep color and a rich, complex sweet flavor finishing with a sophisticated herbal bitterness counterpoint.
Le Coqtail is wonderful served on its own in a lowball glass over a king cube (or try it with frozen grapes!) with an orange twist or it can be used in classic cocktails like the Negroni or Manhattan.
