We put our heads together with our friends at Voodoo Brewery, and what came out of it was this blend of the best of both worlds. Our perfectly balanced white wine, flavored with their perfectly aromatic and bitter hops. The wine is a stainless steel fermented Vignoles that was dry hopped with citrusy Moteuka hops and finished with a hint of sweetness. Aroma and sensation: Stone and tropical fruit; a bit spicy/herbal/refreshing/lime zest. Like a classic IPA without having the over-hopped acidic mouth burn.
