This Viognier was made 65% in stainless steel and 35% in neutral French barrels in which it rested for 8 months. The wine has a nice floral nose reminiscent of honeysuckle, followed by soft stone fruits on the palate. The slight residual sugar gives to the wine a smooth, approachable mouth-feel. This Viognier is a pleasant wine that complements fish and seafood dishes.
