The 2020 Bistro Rouge represents several vineyards in the Columbia Valley as a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Malbec. Each vineyard is represented through a barrel-select process once the wines have aged. The 2020 Bistro Rouge is composed of 50% Merlot, 36% Syrah, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% Malbec
