Winter Solstice is made with fresh cranberries from local bogs and wine mulling spices. Good for any occasion, but is best served warm (150F/65C) during the winter holidays. In the middle ages you would heat this beverage by sticking a hot poker in it. We recommend a covered pot on the stovetop.
