A complex blend of Mango, Kiwi and Banana starts out with a hint of tang followed immediately by sweet and sour notes from the huge pile of Kiwis that spent the best of part of their lives swimming in a tank of honey and alcohol. Aged in a Quince brandy barrel for hints of oak and a wonderful buttery flavor that matches the fruit beautifully.
