This EXTREMELY limited availability Mead is a cherry mead made with layers Pacific northwest sweet clover honey and western buckwheat honey. Aged partially in a freshly emptied rye whisky barrel and partially in a barrel that Woodinville whisky previously aged maple syrup in. This mead is something very special.
