This is a mead made with raw honey from Hudson Valley wildflowers. It is slightly sweetened (off-dry) and very delicious. Roses on the nose and the palate, with a nice tannin structure to balance the honey. This mead has proven to be very popular at farm markets and tastings. It gladdens the heart and banishes sadness just like 2 dozen roses at your door.
