This traditional dry peasant style methyglyn is another forgotten favorite we have revived. Fresh rose petals from our ancient tea rose bush are fermented with fragrant WV wildflower honey. As always, we add no sulfites or chemicals, and ferment in craft-style glassware to preserve the delicate flavors. To the best of our knowledge, we are the only North American manufacturer of a Rhodomel made with actual rose petals. Floral without being overstated, this is a perfect glass of Summer's day all on its own. Fresh rose petals are not commercially purchasable, so this methyglyn is only available in years when we get a bountiful rose bloom!
