This delicious dry peasant style melomel has half as much pure black cherry juice as our Red, amplifying the fragrant notes of WV wildflower honey. It is fermented with a hint of green tea for a nutty finish. Light bodied and pale, it is reminiscent of blush wines. As always, we add no sulfites or chemicals, and ferment in craft-style glassware to preserve the delicate flavors.
