Dry farmed, estate produced in the volcanic soil of the Manton Valley AVA at an elevation of 2,660 feet. Aged in oak barrels. Will improve with age. Enjoy with lamb, pork and cassoulet. Dry, licorice, tobacco, black plum on the nose. Friendly finish.
