We took our already fabulous Berry Chic recipe to a whole other level by transferring a portion of it into oak barrels straight from Kentucky, and letting it age until it reached its peak of perfection! The outcome? Its like a sweet and sassy berry cobbler made with honey and a hint of southern hospitality. Why, I do declare!
A hefty aroma of sweet honey and bourbon soaked berries on the nose. An extremely smooth taste of honey and mixed berries with the slightest hint of vanilla, oak, and bourbon on the finish.
Excellent paired with creamy and strong flavored cheeses and cured meats.
