A dry mead made from honey and a blend of fresh berries, aged on oak. A hefty amount of berry and oak character on the nose with a beautiful dry honey and berry flavor with a nice tannic bite. This mead pairs amazingly well with all of your darker meats, roasted chicken, fatty fish such as salmon, beef bourguignon and of course, duck! Enjoy at room temperature
