A semi-sweet traditional mead made with orange blossom honey showcasing all of the wonderful aromatics that can only be found in the citrus groves of Florida. In every glass is the Essence of over 200,000 flowers it took the bees to touch upon to help us create this delicious mead.
Pours a beautiful pale yellow gold, sweet on the palette with lots of honey character and a beautiful citrusy floral note with a nutty finish.
Pairs extremely well with cheeses, sushi, lobster, as well as Indian or other spicy foods. Awesome with milk chocolate too!
