This Fall Spiced Apple mead is off-dry. We used only the best local wildflower honey and local cider, straight from Amish country in Central Pennsylvania. This Cyser is off-dry, and flavored with Cardamom, Cinnamon, Vanilla Bean, and Ginger root. Best served chilled alongside some creamy Gruyere or Brie. However, we blend this in-house with more fresh-pressed cider, and then heat it in a crock pot. Served garnished with a cinnamon stick. A two to one mead/cider ratio yields the perfect blend...like apple pie in a mug!
