This dry but smooth mead is inspired by the Red Rose city of Lancaster. It is made with a blend of four different floral honeys, and flavored with Rose petals, Rose hips, and French Oak. It is slightly peppery from the rose infusion, and when served chilled is reminiscent of a dry Chardonnay. This pairs well with Indian and Ethiopian cuisine...or any light and creamy cheese.
