This dry pyment is a tribute to Elimelech Löw, whose nickname was Melo.  A blend of Grüner Veltliner grapes and local wildflower honey. Enjoy with an assortment of cheeses or sip with company. Elimelech was the older brother of our co-founder, William Loew. To our understanding, Elimelech perished in the Holocaust. When William would share stories about his brother, William would describe him as clever, suave, enterprising, and resourceful. We hope this mead honors his memory and spirit.
