Made from white grapes (Vidal Blanc) co-fermented with oranges, lemons, and fresh ginger. Pairs well with salmon or chicken teriyaki. Fermented and aged in stainless steel for 7 months. ABV 12%.
Harvested September 2017 from our Hillside and Riverside vineyards. Fermented and aged in stainless steel for seven months. Bottled April 2020. ABV 12.9%. Double Gold, 2020 Maryland Governor's Cup Competition.
A touch of sweetness distinguishes this aromatic white wine made from Maryland Vidal Blanc grapes. Fermented and aged in stainless steel for 6 months. (Like the finish of this wine, the "i" and "a" in "Vidalia" are long!)
