Keeping with the LDV Winery tradition, this wine was aged in barrels that had been used for at least three prior vintages (neutral barrels). The Petite Sirah fruit was from both our estate Road and Building Blocks. The wine was not fined or filtered. The wine has aromas of walking through a berry patch and offers intense and brambly black raspberry fruit and a nice grippy finish.

Notes

This Petite Sirah pairs well with grilled meats, lamb chops or leg of lamb, and hearty cheeses. It is magical with smoked prime rib, pulled pork, or machaca with spicy salsa.
