The 2016 Grenache grapes enjoyed a sunny growing season and moderately warm harvest. This wine is produced from 100% estate grown Grenache grapes. The wine was not fined or filtered and was aged for 33 months in a combination of new French and neutral oak barrels.

Notes

This Grenache explodes with aromas and flavors of red fruit and spice. It has a silky, smooth finish that lingers. Enjoy this wine by itself or with a variety of foods like cedar plank grilled salmon or seared Ahi tuna. It is also wonderful with lighter pasta dishes and roast chicken.
