The 2019 Pratt Vine Hill Pinot Noir is a highly perfumed wine with bright red and blue fruits that will dazzle! This beautiful site is planted with heritage or suitcase clones and a bit of Dijon 667. A young vineyard in the Laguna Ridge of Sonoma County's Russian River Valley, Pratt Vine Hill has soils that remind one of a moonscape. It has some of the whitest soil in the region--very sandy Goldridge soil. The texture is smooth and silky. The tannins are moderate, and the fruit, acid, and oak are in lovely balance.

Notes

Aromas of violets and lavender with blueberry, raspberry and cherry on the palate, moderate tannin and a lovely silky texture and long finish.
