Notes

Huston Vineyards Malbec, crafted from grapes grown in the Snake River Valley AVA of Southwest Idaho. The Malbec sites for this vintage hale from high elevation vineyards of between 2500 and 3000 ft. Our dry climate and long growing degree days make Malbec an excellent varietal for the Snake River Valley AVA. 2016 was an incredible growing season. With bud break around April 10th and a season of gradual temperature fluctuations and perfect ripening conditions, Malbec harvested the first week of October. Yields and quality were both exceptional and 432 cases were made.
