This is a full bodied wine, soft and smooth. We co-ferment our Petit Verdot grapes with Viognier skins and add 5% Viognier finished wine at bottling. The addition of the Viognier softens the Petit Verdot tannins.This wine is smooth when young and ages well for 10 years.
