Our Rousanne is barrel fermented in a neutral French oak barrel it has a full body that is more reminiscent of red wines than whites. This private reserve wine ages well due to is unusual combination of richness, minerality and balancing acids. It’s rich and complex with distinct honey, floral and apricot flavors.
