This mead begins life with the same amazing raw NY honey that is used to craft Heritage. We then have a local orchard press a custom blend of apples for us exclusively for this mead. The result is an Apple Mead that is crisp and fresh tasting with a harmonious balance of apples and honey. Zero residual sugar. Dry mead.
