This pale straw colored white is thought to be of Spanish origin, but is most commonly linked to Italy, particularly the island of Sardinia. Complex in nature and dry on the palate, this wine is versatile enough to stand on its own or even play a role in a Provence style Rosé. We chose to highlight this grape's natural minerality, citrus flavors and zesty acidity fermenting it in stainless steel tanks which produces a bright crisp white wine that complements warm summer days.
