While Sauv Blanc found its roots in the Loire Valley of France, it can be grown almost anywhere and is universally known and popular among white wine drinkers all over the world. Unbeknown to most, Sauvignon Blanc along with Cabernet Franc are the two parent grapes to Cabernet Sauvignon. This vintage is a dry lean wine with a racy acidity and concentrated flavors of grapefruit and ripe tropical fruit.
