A sour rosé cider - [Koh ahn], a paradoxical anecdote or riddle, used in Zen Buddhism to provoke enlightenment and demonstrate the inadequacy of logical reasoning. Foraged cider was steeped with a medley of fruit from our farm, barrel aged for 2 years and then dosed with a bit of maple syrup for a mid sparkle -apples, aronia berries, red and black currant, beach plums and concord grapes
