Dry. Still. Single Orchard Cider All Apples Grown On Our Farm 100% Kingston Black yellow peach- rose hips - dried herbs The North Orchard is located on the north-eastern face of Albee Hill. We planted this orchard over the course of several years, starting in 2010. The trees are planted on a 5' x 20' spacing, trellised, and trained to a vertical axis system. This single orchard bottling of Kingston Black harvested from the North Orchard was fermented with wild yeasts in neutral oak.
