SHIPS APRIL 1ST Made exclusively from New York State wildflower honey and water, Nought is the ideal introduction to all-natural mead. The crisp brightness of wild-fermented yeast is balanced with the gentle mouthfeel of honey to produce a harmonious and extremely drinkable dry mead as suited to summer sunsets as long winter nights. Nought is fermented for over a year in oak barrels previously used to age red wine. Bottled without filtration, Nought is both eminently traditional and refreshingly singular, standing alone as North America’s most traditional mead. Hand silkscreened in-house in an edition of 200 cases.
