E-Flat Eddie is the Edwin Brix's label for our fun-loving non-grape wines.
The E-Flat Eddie Label name comes from Edwin - a popular family name.
This wine is named after Edwin Sell's sister Ruth Sell who grew up on the farm and is who we have named Aunt Ruth's Rhubarb wine after her.
We source our Rhubarb - actually a vegetable - from a grower in New York, and then we cold ferment it in stainless steel for about two weeks.
This rich wine has a bit of tarness, with all the characteristics of fresh rhubarb. Some say it's tangy an sweet with just a hint of citrus.
