Crafted in the traditional Methode Champenoise, hand riddling was used to clear the wine, which was fermented in the bottle in a long, natural process. Grapes from Yacolt Valley Vineyard in Clark County. This is a dry sparkling wine with bright acidity, wonderful fruit flavors and lots of bubbles.
